Julian Noble was born in Newport Beach, California, Nov. 13 1990.
At the age of five he moved to Mexico City with his family. Julian was an Actor for Televisa from age 7 to 11. Studied theater acting at Manolo Fabregas age 12.
In 2009 he went to study film production at Vancouver Film School, where he took part of 7 short films as an Art Director, Sound, and Cinematographer. He wrote and Directed two student short films "Maple Leaves" and a short documentary "A life in Balance" both did well in small festivals in LA and Chicago. He also received a nomination for a VFS impact award for academic excellence.
In 2012 he directed "Flight of the Hummingbird" his first professional short film entirely in Spanish, based in Mexico City. Shot with the Red Camera.
It was part of the Short Film Corner 2013 at the Cannes Film Festival. It was Official Selection at the FLICKERS: Roving Eye International Film Festival and Won an Award of Excellence at the Best Shorts Competition in La Jolla. Recently in 2014 the film won the Best Short Film Award at the Golden Egg Film Festival in NYC at Tribeca Cinemas.
Julian took a screenwriting workshop at NYFA in 2012 where he wrote the first draft of his feature length script "13".
In 2013 he wrote and directed an Experimental Short Film entitled ¨Sonia Sueña¨ in Cuernavaca, Morelos. In 2014 he also wrote and directed a romantic comedy short set in New York City. His most recent and project is "Una Piedra en el Camino" Starring Gustavo Sanchez Parra, and Sergio Yazbek as photographer. Shot in the desert of Coahuila, Mexico in 35 mm. It will begin its festival circuit in 2015.
Writing has always been a passion of his since an early age. He has written three full length screenplays two in Spanish and another one in English. He has a couple other features in the works at the 40 page mark. He has also written various short film screenplays in both languages.
